A "mix of all the genre" topped the poll as the most suitable for the pairing of Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz. For this poll in Twilight Angel's blog, 198 netizens participated of which, 48% voted for the winning choice, 37% opted for "suspense mystery romantic drama thriller", 13% for action romance, 9% for romantic drama, 8% for "light drama comedy romance" and 7% for romantic comedy.
With the above poll result, it is not surprising that the first team up of Angel and JLC in "Imortal" proves to be a winner as it dominates the rating both in mega manila and national households.
In the second poll which was conducted before the much talked about kissing scene of the lead stars, netizens most fave scene was "the almost kiss scene of Mateo at Lia's hospital bed". Out of 94 netizenz who participated, 40% voted for this scene. The far 2nd fave scene was "the heartwarming uber kilig scene while trapped inside the fire at the ball and Vampire searching for them" with 19% votes; 3rd fave was "memorable episode 8 when they were together at the ball, Lia still wearing her mask and holding hands for the first time" with 17% votes; 4th fave was "random scenes of Mateo forever calling Lia E.A. starting off with the 2nd encounter when Lia was made to send Mateo the invitation to the birthday masquerade party"; 5th was "the very first scene together when Mateo almost run over Lia while on her way to the Elle Tower and Mateo on his pickup" with 5%; and last was "the flowers for the boss later Mateo chiding Lia for allowing herself to be shabbily treated post serving coffee to Lucille, Clarisse and Mateo" with 4%.
