On its 15th year, Cinema One pays tribute to the most memorable moments in Philippine Cinema.
Cinema One's KINSE Viewers' Choice Awards highlighted the most memorable personalities and scenes from Philippines movies. Texters voted their most favorite nominee in difference categories from August 20 to October 16, 2009,
Angel Locsin has been declared as the "Sexiest Female in Philippine Cinema" last night, November 15, 2009, during the Cinema One Original Awards Night at the Dolphy Theater. Actually, I saw this news first yesterday afternoon in Angel's thread in ARep. Many thanks to Irene Garde, President of ALIFC (Official International Fans Club of Angel Locsin)
Other nominees are Alma Moreno, Gretchen Barretto, Rosanna Roces, and Angelica Panganiban. You may wonder on the mix of generation in the nominees. You will understand once you watch the video (Angel Locsin is at 1:31).

Cinema One channel started in 1994 when i-Channel merged with Classic 21 to form Sky 1. Seeing audience growth in the movies being shown, in 1998, Sky 1 became Pinoy Blockbuster Channel wherein programming was reformatted to show series of movies produced by local productions.
