Netizens are not happy with the news floating around that the terms of Angel’s 2-year contract renewal with ABS-CBN includes a once-a-week co-hosting job in Wowowee, a popular noontime show. The contract terms seem to also include a fantaserye that will start next month, a movie with Aga Mulach in January 2010, and a suspense-drama-thriller TV series with John Lloyd Cruz in second quarter of 2010. No timeline mentioned for a movie with JLC and a TV series with Aga.
With ABS-CBN being known as fickle minded rivaling Mother Lily Monteverde, netizens should not worry that much about the co-hosting job being a regular thing. We can recall that Angel has been welcomed in ASAP kapamilya for a semi-regular co-hosting job and not much hosting exposure happened there.
We can also recall the plans confirmed with ABS-CBN by manager of Angel Locsin being changed again [click here for the story]. I wonder what happened to Angel’s supposedly appearance in MMK (Maalala Mo Kaya) and Your Song?
The list is long on instances when ABS-CBN published its plans for Angel and changed again at the eleventh hour or cancel entirely without notice. With Angel’s Emmy Awards nomination, I wish ABS-CBN will now realize how special a star Angel is and give the breaks that are due to her. I used the word “wish” instead of “hope” because I am starting to loss faith with ABS-CBN's words.

Angel ngayon lang uli pipirma ng kontrata sa ABS-CBN
Nakatakda muling lumagda ng two-year contract si Angel Locsin sa ABS-CBN sa unang linggo ng Nobyembre at impressive ang mga nakalatag na project para sa kanya kasama na rito ang isang fantaserye na magsisimula ang taping next month, once-a-week co-hosting job sa Wowowee, a movie with Aga Muhlach na sa Enero sisimulan, a suspense-drama-thriller TV series with John Lloyd Cruz na sa second quarter of 2010 sisimulan at may gagawin din silang pelikula ni JL. May gagawin din umanong TV series si Aga sa Kapamilya Network at si Angel din ang makakapareha.
Nakatakda ring umalis si Angel ngayong Nov. 18 or November 19 patungong New York para sa Emmy Awards kung saan siya nominado sa Best Actress category para sa kanyang role na Lyka sa natapos niyang TV series with Piolo Pascual noong isang taon, ang Lobo.
Ngayong hindi pa gaanong busy si Angel sa kanyang TV and film commitments, nahaharap niya nang husto ang kanyang mga product endorsements pictorials and TVC shoots at ang pagiging dedicated niya sa kanyang sinimulang proyekto with Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis, ang kanilang Shop and Share kung saan bukod sa kanilang tatlo ay hinihikayat nila ang ibang mga celebrities na magbigay ng kanilang mga mamahaling personal items for auction at ang proceeds ay napupunta sa mga taong nangangailangan.

Why isn’t Angel Locsin seen on a new teleserye following ‘Only You?’ The young actress had to turn down a good role in ‘Mano Po 6’ purportedly because of a tight movie and TV schedule. Angel is actually jobless at the moment. Is it true she’s mulling an offer to transfer to Viva Films? Can’t blame Angel.
